We developed a new penetrant based on an oil–water separation system, in which the penetrant does not mix with water during cleaning.
- By adopting an oil–water separation cleaning method, in which the penetrant does not mix with water, we achieved highly consistent inspection accuracy without variation.
- We developed a dedicated equipment system that enables the recycling of cleaning wastewater, achieving a significant reduction in overall wastewater volume.
